Ingredients
For the pinot paradiso:
118 milliliters Pinot Grigio
40 milliliters Dark Rum
45 milliliters Vanilla Bean Syrup
45 milliliters Pineapple Juice
Lime wedges for garnish
For a Tuscan holiday:
118 milliliters prosecco
40 milliliters gin
40 milliliters cherry brandy
Crushed ice
Sprig of rosemary for garnish
For a White Christmas:
118 milliliters vanilla vodka
145 milliliters coconut cream
1 tablespoon chocolate liqueur
1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg for garnish
1 flakey chocolate cookie
For the chocolate-mint martini:
118 milliliters chocolate almond milk
40 milliliters chocolate liqueur
40 milliliters peppermint liqueur
3 ice cubes
1 candy cane for garnish
Sprig of mint for garnish
Directions
For the pinot paradiso:
Put ice in a cocktail shaker
Add all the above ingredients.
Shake, strain, garnish with lime, and enjoy!
For A Tuscan holiday:
Using a coupe glass, fill with the crushed ice.
Pour in the prosecco.
Take the sprig of rosemary and bruise it by banging it between your palms, or with a pestle to let out the flavour.
Put in glass.
Gently pour in the brandy and the gin so they sink to the bottom.
For A White Christmas:
Put ice cubes in a shaker and add all of the ingredients.
Shake, and strain into a glass.
Garnish with rolled chocolate flakey cookie, use a straw to sip.
For the chocolate-mint martini:
Pour all ingredients into a shaker of ice.
Shake vigorously.
Strain into martini glass.
Add a candy cane and a spring of mint for garnish.
Optional: rim your martini glass with crushed candy cane.
