Festive berry trifle

A super cute berry trifle that adds flair to any holiday party.

Ingredients
- 1 store bought vanilla or gold pound cake, cubed
- 1 package store bought Cool Whip
- 2 cups fresh berries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 170 grams white chocolate bar
- 6 mason jars (170 gram jar)
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the berries, sugar and vanilla and allow them to macerate. This simply means to marinate the fruits and soften them up a little.
- Arrange the mason jars in an assembly line.
- Layer with cake, fruits and whipped cream. Then grate white chocolate over the top. Repeat the layers until you reach the top. (Press down a little on each layer of cake so you can pack in some more love!)
- The topping should look like it snowed white chocolate on it. Beautiful and whimsical!
