Crispy broccoli

Learn how to make delicious crispy air fryer broccoli in just 20 minutes! Add this healthy side dish to all your favourite meals.



  • 1 lbs broccoli
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons tamari
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chilli paste
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper, to season
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish


  1. Preheat an air fryer to 350°F
  2. In a large bowl add the broccoli and oil and gently season with salt and pepper and toss. 
  3. Cool in the air fryer for 15 to 20 minutes until crispy. 
  4. Drizzle with glaze and top with sesame seeds and serve Maple tamari Glaze
  5. Put everything but the lime into a pot and bring it to a boil. Turn off immediately and add the zest and juice of the lime. Serve and enjoy!
