To achieve a monochromatic effect use veggies that are all the same colour. Today we are using white veggies: white radishes, white asparagus, cauliflower, button mushrooms, endive and fennel. Serve with black bean hummus.

Ingredients
1 560 millilitre can black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup black or regular tahini
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1/2 a lemon, juiced
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon honey
Salt to taste
Directions
Add all ingredients to a food processor or high powered blender and pulse until creamy and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
