1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon pickle brine
300 g cooked trout or salmon, flaked into small pieces
30 kettle cooked potato chips
In bowl, stir together mayonnaise and pickle brine. Set aside.
Flake fish into small pieces. Top each chip with a few flakes of fish, a small dollop of pickle mayo and a dill sprig. Serve immediately.
