One-bite fish and chips

Tip: Buy 2 bags of chips to find the best 30. Pour the rest into a bowl for the party table, and don't worry, they'll get eaten. Try salt and malt vinegar flavour for a really authentic Fish-N-Chips taste! 



  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon pickle brine
  • 300 g cooked trout or salmon, flaked into small pieces
  • 30 kettle cooked potato chips
  • Dill sprigs

Optional toppings

  • Capers


  1. In bowl, stir together mayonnaise and pickle brine. Set aside.
  2. Flake fish into small pieces. Top each chip with a few flakes of fish, a small dollop of pickle mayo and a dill sprig. Serve immediately.
