Cucumber Daisy Cocktail

This cucumber daisy cocktail is made with mezcal, cilantro, lime juice and simple syrup and is oh so refreshing — perfect for those cottage getaways!

Ingredients
Sugar Salt Rim Mixture
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons salt
Cucumber Daisy Cocktail
- 2 oz. Mezcal
- 1 oz. lime juice
- 1 oz. Kvas ginger wildflower simple syrup
- Pinch of cilantro
- 1/4 tube Stir Crazy orange bitters for garnish
- Cucumbers, shaved for garnish
- 1 oz. soda water, to top up
Directions
For Sugar Salt Rim:
- Mix 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of salt together on a plate. Tip: add in a little dried dill or cayenne pepper for an extra zing!
Build the Cocktail
- Use a little lemon or lime to rim a rocks glass and dip the rim of the glass in the sugar/salt mixture.
- Add mezcal, lime juice, simple syrup, and cilantro to a shaker full of ice & shake until chilled.
- Add a scoop of ice to your rimmed rocks glass and double strain your cocktail into it.
- Top with bitters and garnish with a shaved cucumber. Enjoy!
