Cucumber melon white sangria

  • 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups honeydew, thinly sliced
  • 2 limes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 750ml bottle white wine, semi-dry
  • 4 cups club soda


  1. In a large punch bowl add cucumber, melon, sliced lime, mint, simple syrup, and lime juice.
  2. Stir to mix, then add in white wine.
  3. Allow to sit in the fridge covered for four hours to develop flavours.
  4. Top with club soda, and gently mix before serving.
  5. Enjoy!
