30 milliliters (1 ounce) fresh lime juice

22 milliliters (0.75 ounce) Demerara sugar syrup
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, shake vigorously until combined. Strain into chilled coup. Garnish with a lime twist.
