Ingredients
Dalgona whipped coffee:

2 tablespoons instant coffee

2 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons hot water
Dalgona iced coffee:

1 cup cold milk

Directions
Dalgona whipped coffee:
- Combine instant coffee, sugar and water to a medium sized mixing bowl and whisk until desired thickness. If using a whisk this will take anywhere from five to ten minutes. Using a hand blender will quicken the process to three to five minutes.
- *Essentially you need equal parts of each ingredient - increase the amounts for larger batches
Dalgona iced coffee:
- Add ice and cold milk to a glass and top with Dalgona Whipped Coffee, stir and enjoy!
