Drunken apples

Ingredients

  • 2 apples/pears peeled, cored and quartered
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup raw sugar
  • 1 teaspoon elderflower syrup
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

Directions

  1. Add everything to a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Let simmer until the apples are fork tender.
