Espresso martini

This espresso martini-style drink is inspired by the novel The Bean Trees by Barbara Kingsolver and is the perfect treat to serve after dinner! 

SERVES
1

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Amarula cream liqueur
  • 0.75 oz bourbon
  • 1 oz espresso
  • 3 coffee beans, for garnish

Directions

  1. Add Amarula cream liqueur, bourbon and espresso to a cocktail shaker. Shake well. 
  2. Strain mixture into a coupe. And pour it into a martini glass. 
  3. Garnish with coffee beans. Enjoy!
