Ingredients
Chocolate peppermint joy brownies:

Chocolate ganache

1/4 crushed candy canes

1/4 cup festive sprinkles
Raspberry white chocolate brownies:

1/4 freeze fried raspberries

1-3/4 cup chopped white chocolate
Salted caramel surprise brownies:

1/2 cup of your favourite caramels
Directions
Fancy brownies:
- Use your favourite brownie recipe (even boxed brownies!) and add in your desired sweets in a 9x9 pan. The only note, do not add extra liquid as it will change the consistency of the brownies.
Chocolate peppermint joy brownies:
- Once cool, spread a thin layer of chocolate ganache on top of your brownie. Sprinkle 1/4 cup crushed candy canes and ¼ cup festive sprinkles.
Raspberry white chocolate brownies:
- Before baking, sprinkle white chocolate and raspberries across the top of your 9x9 pan and gently mix into brownies. Bake as normal.
Salted caramel surprise brownies:
- Before baking, gently press each caramel into your brownie batter-filled pan, trying to space them out So there is caramel in the middle of each brownie. Bake as normal.
