Fat-burning lemonade

Got a sweet tooth? No problem, a little something sour will help quench those cravings.

Ingredients

  • Zest and juice from one lemon
  • 1 litre water
  • 1 teaspoon glutamine powder
  • Stevia
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Dash of cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. In a pitcher, combine the lemon zest and juice with the water.
  2. Add the glutamine powder and stevia (only if needed).
  3. Stir well and gently stir in the lemon slices.
  4. Add chia seeds and pepper and mix well.
