Fat-burning lemonade

Ingredients
- Zest and juice from one lemon
- 1 litre water
- 1 teaspoon glutamine powder
- Stevia
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Dash of cayenne pepper
Directions
- In a pitcher, combine the lemon zest and juice with the water.
- Add the glutamine powder and stevia (only if needed).
- Stir well and gently stir in the lemon slices.
- Add chia seeds and pepper and mix well.
