Ingredients
Crust:

7 Double Graham wafers

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup melted butter

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Filling:

2 cups milk

3 egg yolks

2 tablespoons cornstarch

1/4 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla
Topping:
-
3 egg whites
-
3 tablespoons of icing sugar
Directions
Crust:
- Mix all ingredients together and press into pie plate (Save 1/2 cup for the top).
Filling:
- Combine all into a pot over medium heat stirring constantly until thick.
Topping:
- Beat egg whites and icing sugar until stiff peaks.
- Spread overtop of pie, sprinkle left over graham cracker mixture over top and bake at 250 for 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool and serve!
