Ingredients
MONKEY MUNCH
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) dried banana chips
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) unsalted roasted peanuts
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) unsweetened shredded coconut or unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) chocolate chips
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 milliliters) salt
TROPICAL PUNCH
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) dried banana chips
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) cashews
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) macadamia nuts
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) dried mango, diced
POWER PACK
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) dried blueberries
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) almonds
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) dark chocolate chunks or chips
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) goji berries
SCHOOL-SAFE SUPER MIX
- 1 cup (250 milliliters) crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) raw pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) golden raisins
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) shelled sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 milliliters) ground cinnamon
- pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
Directions
- Toss up ingredients and place into jar for keeping.
