French Canadian 75 cocktail

Ingredients

  • 60 milliliters (2 ounces) dry gin
  • 22 milliliters (0.75 ounce) fresh lemon juice
  • 22 milliliters (0.75 ounce) simple syrup
  • 60 milliliters (2 ounces) champagne
  • 1 lemon

Directions

  1. Mix gin, lemon juice and simple syrup and pour over ice. Then add champagne to the top, garnish with lemon peel.
