Ingredients
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup frozen cherries, halved
1/4 cup crushed pistachios
1 tablespoon melted dark chocolate
2 tablespoons finely grated unsweetened coconut
Directions
Mix the yogurt and honey together until well combined.
Line a baking tray with a silpat and pour the yogurt mixture on top.
Sprinkle with the cherries, pistachios, chocolate chips and coconut and freeze for two to four hours or until it is completely frozen.
Remove from the freezer and use a sharp knife to break the bark into pieces. Store in the freezer.
