Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey

1/2 cup frozen cherries, halved

1/4 cup crushed pistachios

1 tablespoon melted dark chocolate

2 tablespoons finely grated unsweetened coconut
Directions
- Mix the yogurt and honey together until well combined.
- Line a baking tray with a silpat and pour the yogurt mixture on top.
- Sprinkle with the cherries, pistachios, chocolate chips and coconut and freeze for two to four hours or until it is completely frozen.
- Remove from the freezer and use a sharp knife to break the bark into pieces. Store in the freezer.
