Frozé

Ingredients

Pitcher

  • 1 750 millilitre bottle of dry rosé
  • 4 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh grapefruit juice

Glass:

  • 120 millilitres (4 ounces) dry rosé
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 90 millilitres (3 ounces) grapefruit juice

Directions

  1. To a blender, add all ingredients and purée into a slush. Serve frozen in a sturdy wine glass or margarita glass. Garnish with a strawberry, and mint sprig.
