Garlic dip
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (120 milliliters) mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) olive oil
- 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 milliliter) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 milliliter) pepper
Directions
- Add mayonnaise, garlic, olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper to a bowl. Whisk together to combine.
- Serve with crispy polenta fries and crunchy coated fish.
