Gin-gle all the way

  • 44 milliliters Bombay gin
  • 15 milliliters St. Germain Elderflower liqueur
  • 44 milliliters pomegranate juice
  • Half a lime, juiced
  • 15 milliliters cinnamon syrup
  • Rosemary sprig
  • Dehydrated lime wheel
  • Cinnamon stick


  • Jigger or measuring cup
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Strainer


  1. Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice,and shake vigorously. Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.
  2. Top with garnish.
  3. Pro tip: Use 1” ice moulds to make ice in your freezer to achieve optimal dilution and chilling of cocktail when shaking. Use 2” ice moulds for ice in the glass.
