2 ounces ginger beer
2 ounces freshly squeezed blood orange juice
Chilled prosecco or sparkling wine
Blood orange segments for garnish
Directions
Add ginger beer and blood orange juice to a champagne flute and top with bubbly of your choice. Garnish with blood orange segments and enjoy!
