Golden palm spritz
This recipe is non-alcoholic, but it too can pack on the flavour of your favourite aperitivo with the addition of your favourite herbs.

Ingredients
- 1oz Seedlip Grove 42
- 1oz Pneapple Cordial or juice
- 0.5oz lime juice
- Top with elderflower tonic
- Garnish with sage and lemon wheel
Directions
In a collins glass, add Seedlip, pineapple cordial, lime juice and fill with ice. Stir to integrate and top with elderflower tonic. Garnish with sage and a lemon wheel
