Goombay smash
Ingredients
- 2 ounces (60 mL) pineapple juice
- 2 ounces (60 mL) orange juice
- 1 ounce (30 mL) coconut rum
- 1/2 ounce (15 mL) coconut cream
- 1/2 ounce (15 mL) spiced rum
- 1/2 ounce (15 mL) dark rum
- Ice
- 2 pineapple wedges
- 2 cherries
Directions
- Add all liquid ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well to chill.
- Serve garnished with pineapple wedges and cherries.
