Green elixir

With a green tomato puree, some cucumber juice and a squeeze of lemon— it’s the ‘healthier’ version of your classic Bloody Mary. This is a fun, savoury cocktail with a ‘load up your greens’ option for a garnish. Paired with a bit of vodka. this drink is deliciously refreshing. 



  • 1oz vodka
  • 2oz green tomato puree (This is chopped green tomato with some water, salt, white pepper, sugar, a touch of tamari, and a touch of garlic powder)
  • 1oz cucumber juice
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • 2 dashes of jalapeño tincture (optional)
  • Cucumber, cherry tomatoes and sprig of thyme, for garnish


  1. Combine all ingredients vodka, green tomato puree, cucumber juice, lemon juice and jalapeno tinctures in a shaker tin, and ‘roll' back and forth in a slower motion to not add too much aeration to the cocktail.
  2. Pour into an ice-filled Collins glass and garnish with cucumber, cherry tomatoes and a sprig of thyme. Enjoy!
