1/4 cup parsley stems (finely chopped)
1/4 cup mint or basil (finely chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 lemon (zested)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
In a small bowl, add parsley stems, mint or basil, garlic and lime and mix to combine.
Add olive oil and mix to combine.
