First up, make the glaze. To a bowl add honey, grainy mustard, lime juice and zest, paprika and salt. Mix well.
Pre-heat your BBQ to medium high heat.
To a large bowl add shrimp, sausages and pineapple. Drizzle glaze over top and mix well.
Skewer the shrimp, sausage and pineapple to your liking. Add the skewers to the BBQ and grill for about seven minutes per side. Add any additional glaze to the skewers as they grill and enjoy!
