Grown up salted caramel and popcorn marshmallow squares
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 bag of microwaveable popcorn (not buttered use plain)
- 1 bag of marshmallows (296 milliliters)
- 60 milliliters bourbon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 tablespoons salted caramel (use store bought)
Directions
- In a large pot, melt butter, bourbon, caramel and marshmallows together until incorporated. Usually takes around five to seven minutes.
- While these are melting, pop the popcorn in the microwave as per directions on the bag.
- Once everything is melted and ready to go, fold in the popcorn into the sticky mixture.
- Once everything is mixed together, spread the mixture into any serving plate you’d like. Let sit for 20 minutes before cutting into it.
