Ingredients
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 bag of microwaveable popcorn (not buttered use plain)
1 bag of marshmallows (296 milliliters)
60 milliliters bourbon
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 tablespoons salted caramel (use store bought)
Directions
In a large pot, melt butter, bourbon, caramel and marshmallows together until incorporated. Usually takes around five to seven minutes.
While these are melting, pop the popcorn in the microwave as per directions on the bag.
Once everything is melted and ready to go, fold in the popcorn into the sticky mixture.
Once everything is mixed together, spread the mixture into any serving plate you’d like. Let sit for 20 minutes before cutting into it.
