BURGER

4 CANADIAN CHUCK BURGERS from SOBEYS

1 large red bell pepper, cut into rings

4 tablespoons, Teriyaki sauce

4 slices of provolone cheese

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

4 sunny-side up eggs, optional
-
4 slices of grilled ham
-
8 tablespoons SOBEYS PINEAPPLE SALSA
MAYO
-
1/2 cup mayonnaise
-
2 tablespoons, Teriyaki sauce
-
2 tablespoons, Sriracha sauce
Directions
- Flip the burgers onto a hot grill pan on medium-high heat brushing with teriyaki sauce as you go; five minutes for the first side, 10 for the other side.
- Place a slice of cheese on each patty and let it melt while the burger finishes cooking another two minutes.
- Grill the red pepper and red onion rings until they soften and are marked.
- Optional: Fry four eggs sunny side up and set aside brush ham with canola oil and grill and set aside.
- Serve burgers on toasted buns with one tablespoon Maui mayo, on each two tablespoons pineapple salsa, grilled onion and pepper and ham and fried egg, if desired.
