Heart healthy apple pie smoothie

Ingredients

  • 15 raw almonds
  • 1 1/2 red apples, unpeeled
  • 1 small banana, frozen
  • 1 1/4 cups plain strained yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
