Ingredients
- 15 raw almonds
- 1 1/2 red apples, unpeeled
- 1 small banana, frozen
- 1 1/4 cups plain strained yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
