Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
1/4 cup fresh leaf parsley, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
4 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
Directions
Combine the mayo, coconut milk, parsley, garlic, chives, dill, lemon juice, onion powder and salt in a bowl .
Whisk together until well combined. Serve immediately in an air tight container.
