Herb ranch dressing

Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
- 1/4 cup fresh leaf parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 4 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
Directions
- Combine the mayo, coconut milk, parsley, garlic, chives, dill, lemon juice, onion powder and salt in a bowl .
- Whisk together until well combined. Serve immediately in an air tight container.
