Herb ranch dressing


  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup fresh leaf parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 4 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt


  1. Combine the mayo, coconut milk, parsley, garlic, chives, dill, lemon juice, onion powder and salt in a bowl .
  2. Whisk together until well combined. Serve immediately in an air tight container.
