Ingredients

  • 1 pound (454 g) goat cheese, rolled into a tube shape
  • 2 lemons, zest only
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) pink peppercorns, crushed
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) fresh tarragon, chopped

Directions

  1. In a flat container, combine chopped lemon zest, pink peppercorns, and tarragon to form a coating mixture.
  2. Roll the goat cheese in the coating mixture to coat the entire surface.
