Hibiscus rum cocktail
A sparkling cocktail inspired by the novel, Summer of My Amazing Luck by Miriam Toews. Enjoy this refreshing drink all summer long.

Ingredients
- 0.75 oz hibiscus syrup
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
- 75 oz white rum
- Prosecco, to top
- Whole hibiscus flower, to garnish
Directions
- Combine the hibiscus syrup, fresh lime juice and white rum in a cocktail glass and stir.
- Top with prosecco and garnish with a whole hibiscus flower. Enjoy!
