Ingredients
10 - 12 oz brie
1/2 cup pomegranate arils
1/3 cup roasted shelled pistachio, chopped
A sprig of rosemary
Baguette or crackers
Directions
Take pomegranate arils and chopped pistachio and mold it around the edge of the brie.
Next, repeat at the bottom of the brie.
Finish off by placing a sprig of rosemary at the center of the brie, forming a Christmas tree (If you have a smaller gathering, scale the brie down to a smaller size). Serve and enjoy!
TIP: Pistachios can be salted or not -- it's a matter of personal preference. Brie can be salty, so choose which you prefer.
