Homemade Buffalo hot sauce

Just a few ingredients make up this incredible homemade buffalo sauce.

YIELDS
1 SMALL BOTTLE

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fermented hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cubbed

Directions

  1. To a small saucepan over medium-high heat add hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, garlic powder and butter.
  2. Let the butter melt and vigorously whisk until fully incorporated. Store in air-tight jars in the fridge for up to a month. Enjoy!
