Homemade Tomato and Smoked Bacon Pasta Sauce
Ingredients
- 400 grams of Tomatoes Sauce
- 200 grams of Cream
- Olive Oil
- 200 grams of Smoked Bacon
- 100 grams of Onion
- Aromatic Herbs (fresh Sage, Rosemary, Parsley, Basil)
Directions
- Chop the Onion, and place in a frying pan with a few tablespoons of olive oil. Stir, frying the onions for a few minutes. Add the smoked bacon.
- Cook for a few minutes and add tomatoes. After 10 minutes add cream and some rosemary. Cook for another 10 minutes.
- Add fresh parsley and basil at the very end.
