Honey ginger lemongrass tea
Ingredients
- 1.3 centimeter piece of fresh ginger, sliced
- 2 cups (480 milliliters) water, boiled
- 1 stalk lemongrass, trimmed, and gently crushed with a rolling pin
- 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) honey
Directions
- In a teapot, add honey, ginger and lemongrass. Pour over boiled water.
- Steep for ten minutes.
