Ingredients
1.3 centimeter piece of fresh ginger, sliced
2 cups (480 milliliters) water, boiled
1 stalk lemongrass, trimmed, and gently crushed with a rolling pin
1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) honey
Directions
In a teapot, add honey, ginger and lemongrass. Pour over boiled water.
Steep for ten minutes.
