Hummus with beets

Ingredients

  • 1 cup base hummus
  • 1 medium sized grated, roasted beetroot
  • Beetroot chips
  • Olive oil

Directions

  1. Spoon base hummus into a bowl and fold in grated, roasted beetroot.
  2. Plate & garnish with beetroot chips, olive oil.
