Make your own ramen and homemade sauce to keep it tasty and authentic!

Ingredients
1 pack of ramen noodles
2 cups water
1 egg
1 tablespoon Kewpie mayonnaise
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 scallion, chopped
1 package soup base (from the ramen package)
1 package dehydrated vegetable flakes (from the ramen package)
Directions
In a pot of boiling water, add the ramen and boil for four to five minutes. Stir occasionally.
In a large bowl, add egg, kewpie mayo, garlic, soup base from the ramen package and dehydrated vegetables from the ramen package.
Add a bit of hot water from the ramen pot to the bowl and whisk all the ingredients thoroughly.
Add the cooked ramen and remaining water into the bowl
Top with chopped scallion and serve.
