Instant ramen and kewpie

Make your own ramen and homemade sauce to keep it tasty and authentic!

Ingredients
- 1 pack of ramen noodles
- 2 cups water
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Kewpie mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 scallion, chopped
- 1 package soup base (from the ramen package)
- 1 package dehydrated vegetable flakes (from the ramen package)
Directions
- In a pot of boiling water, add the ramen and boil for four to five minutes. Stir occasionally.
- In a large bowl, add egg, kewpie mayo, garlic, soup base from the ramen package and dehydrated vegetables from the ramen package.
- Add a bit of hot water from the ramen pot to the bowl and whisk all the ingredients thoroughly.
- Add the cooked ramen and remaining water into the bowl
- Top with chopped scallion and serve. Enjoy!
