Ingredients

  • 1 oz Caskmates IPA
  • .075 oz lemon juice
  • 0.5 parts IPA Beer Syrup (mix sugar with IPA Caskmates- reduce)
  • 0.5 oz egg white
  • 3 dash grapefruit bitters

Directions

  1. Fill shaker with ice.
  2. Add ingredients into shaker.
  3. Shake and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
