200 grams almond flour

200 grams powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

1/2 teaspoon orange zest

1/4 teaspoon vanilla

1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Pinch of salt

3 egg whites slightly beaten
Directions
- Combine almond flour, powdered sugar, lemon zest, orange zest, vanilla, and salt with a whisk.
- Add egg whites and mix with a spatula until thoroughly mixed.
- Put mixture in a piping bag with a star tip.
- Pipe on to parchment paper.
- Top with candied red and green cherries.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 350° oven for 10-15 minutes or until edges are light brown. Enjoy!
