4 CANADIAN CHUCK BURGERS from SOBEYS

4 tablespoons jerk sauce or jerk spice

4 tablespoons SOBEYS MANGO SALSA
COLESLAW

2 cups shredded cabbage

1/4 cup chopped red onion

Pinch of chopped thyme
-
3 tablespoon mayonnaise
-
Juice and zest of 1/2 small orange
-
Juice and zest of 1 lime
-
1 teaspoon sugar
-
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Brush the patties with half the jerk sauce and let stand for 15 minutes in the fridge.
- Grill on medium high until cooked through flipping mid-way. Brush with the remaining sauce.
- Serve with toasted buns coleslaw (recipe below) and lots of mango salsa.
- In a large bowl, add the cabbage, red onion, thyme, mayonnaise, citrus juice, zest, salt and pepper and mix. Let stand for 10-15 minutes.
