Ingredients
For the marinade:

1 cup (240 milliliters) soy sauce

3/8 cup (90 milliliters) honey

12 cloves garlic, minced

1 medium onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup (60 ml) dark sesame oil

2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) grated fresh ginger

1 Asian pear, chopped
For the ribs:
-
900 grams Korean style beef ribs
-
Oil, for the grill
Directions
Marinade:
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, onion, sesame oil, ginger, and pear.
- Put marinade in a plastic bag.
Ribs:
- Place the ribs in the plastic bag with marinade and let rest overnight.
- Next day, remove ribs from bag.
- Preheat stove top grill to medium-high, brush grill with oil.
- Cook ribs for four minutes per side or until medium rare.
To serve:
- Snip between bones with kitchen shears or a knife and transfer to a platter.
