Kir royale cocktail

  • 15 milliliters (1/2 ounce) cassis or crème de cassis
  • 90 milliliters (3 ounces) dry sparkling wine
  • Lemon peel, for garnish


  1. Add the cassis to a flute glass. Top with the sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon peel.
