Ingredients
15 milliliters (1/2 ounce) cassis or crème de cassis
90 milliliters (3 ounces) dry sparkling wine
Lemon peel, for garnish
Directions
Add the cassis to a flute glass. Top with the sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon peel.
