The grown-up spritz cocktail! Made with whiskey, lemon juice, and sparkling Lambrusco, this sparkling drink is perfectly refreshing on a hot day. 

SERVES
1

Ingredients

  • 2 oz whisky
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 2-4 oz Lambrusco

Directions

  1. Into a shaker filled with ice add whisky, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake until well chilled and strain into a champagne flute.
  2. Gently top with Lambrusco. Enjoy!
