1 low-carb pizza crust

1/4 cup dairy-free or lactose free cheese, grated

1-2 tablespoon basil pesto or tomato sauce

1/4 cup chopped artichoke hearts

4 garlic stuffed olives, sliced

4 purple onion slices, separated into rings

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Directions
- Place crust on a baking sheet and low-broil for one to two minutes.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly across entire wrap and low-broil one minute or until cheese is evenly melted.
- Spread pesto or sauce evenly over the cheese, then arrange the artichoke hearts, olives, and onion rings. Low-broil for five minutes or until toppings are completely warmed.
- Remove from oven, top with oregano and parsley and serve!
