This sparkling cocktail is so juicy, tart and refreshing!
SERVES

15 Mins
Ingredients
2 oz gin
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz lychee nectar
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/4 teaspoon rose water
4 oz sparkling water
Fresh lychees, for garnish
Raspberries, for garnish
Directions
To a cocktail shaker add gin, lemon juice, lychee nectar, simple syrup, rose water, and top with ice.
Shake, and strain into a highball glass.
Top with sparkling water, and garnish with raspberries and a skewered lychee.
Enjoy!
