Lychee rose collins
This sparkling cocktail is so juicy, tart and refreshing!

Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz lychee nectar
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon rose water
- 4 oz sparkling water
- Fresh lychees, for garnish
- Raspberries, for garnish
Directions
- To a cocktail shaker add gin, lemon juice, lychee nectar, simple syrup, rose water, and top with ice.
- Shake, and strain into a highball glass.
- Top with sparkling water, and garnish with raspberries and a skewered lychee. Enjoy!
