Lychee rose collins


  • 2 oz gin
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz lychee nectar
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon rose water
  • 4 oz sparkling water
  • Fresh lychees, for garnish
  • Raspberries, for garnish


  1. To a cocktail shaker add gin, lemon juice, lychee nectar, simple syrup, rose water, and top with ice.
  2. Shake, and strain into a highball glass.
  3. Top with sparkling water, and garnish with raspberries and a skewered lychee. Enjoy!
