Mango lassi float

A creamy yogurt-based drink made with mangos, spiced with cardamom and topped with vanilla ice cream that floats on the top!

SERVES
1

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ripe frozen mango
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • Vanilla ice cream, to serve

Directions

  1. Add mango, milk, yogurt, sugar, and cardamom to a blender. Blend until smooth. 
  2. Pour into a glass and garnish with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Serve with a spoon and straw. Enjoy!
