Ingredients
1 cup super ripe frozen mango
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup plain yogurt
3 teaspoons sugar (more or less to taste)
The seeds from 4 cardamom pods
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth. Enjoy! :)
