A sweet cocktail for any summer occasion.

5 Mins
Ingredients
1.5 ounces Canadian Whisky or vodka
.5 oz lemon juice
.5 to .75 ounces of maple ginger syrup
3 ounces soda water
3-5 dash of bitters on top (float)
Mint or Rosemary in cocktail, for garnish
Directions
Make a ginger syrup with maple, water, and fresh ginger. Heat and cool.
