The perfect sauce to use for whipping up healthy bowls, salads or side dishes. This maple tahini sauce is only five ingredients and ready in under five minutes.

Ingredients
1/2 cup tahini
1/4 cup water
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Salt, to taste
Directions
Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
Use leftovers to assemble a bowl. I.e. A base of Quinoa topped with Roasted Sweet Potatoes, grated Carrots/Beets, Crumbled Feta, Pumpkin Seeds, Pomegranate Seeds, and Pan Fried Tofu Cubes.
Drizzle sauce over the top of the bowl just before serving.
